At the RYYSE Up Foundation, our mission is to inspire youth to lead with compassion through hands-on programs that protect lives, strengthen communities, and care for all living things.  Guided by mentors and working alongside partner organizations, we bring people together to create lasting change.

2025 Volunteer Initiative

Paws & Purpose is a leadership-through-service initiative from the RYYSE Up Foundation that connects compassion with action. Through this initiative, young people learn the principles of leadership—empathy, responsibility, and teamwork—by giving back to their communities in meaningful ways.

This year, participants will assemble and donate Adoption Kits to local animal rescues and shelters. Each kit includes pet essentials and a personal note from the volunteer who prepared it—providing a thoughtful start for pets and families as they begin their new adventure together.

Through the Paws & Purpose initiative, participants learn that true leadership goes beyond taking charge; it’s grounded in compassion, service, and integrity of character.
